I went home this past week to Austin and my entire family was asking what I was doing different and that was after just one week! "Let me tell you from my person experience about Niki’s boot camp. It is really the best work out I have ever done. I am 35 yrs old, mother of 3 and I have been out of shape for years. I wish I could say it was due to having 3 kids but it is not all because of that. Over the years, I have become just lazy and have carried around 30 or so extra pounds! After finally being sick and tired of being sick and tired, I came across Niki’s website. My friend and I decided to give it a try. I am now in my second month of boot camp and I have already starting to see results! I have noticed a big difference in my stamina and how much better I feel mentally and physically.
